i'm 14 and i know all the adults are going to tell me not to worry about my weight..BUT I AM GONNA WORRY ABOUT IT!

i'm 5'3'' and 136-140 lbs. and about a size 5/7 in hollister jeans, and a 4 in abercombie jeans is tight on me! and im a medium in shirts, a 3-7 in shorts, and a large in hoodies!!!

i think i am so fat, and my worst insecurity is my stomach because its like blob, and its kinda pouchy. Also my boobs are big and i hate them because i think they make me look fatter.

i really want to lose weight this summer and keep it off. Last summer i went on a diet and lost 16 lbs. and gained half of it back!!

i used to be a size 12 in womens clothes, and now im a 4/6 but i want to be a 1-2….

no diets work for me…what should i do??
plz plz help!!

Adults think that if they tell a kid to lose weight, that the kid will take it to extremes and stop eating. If you think that you need to lose some weight, the only smart way to do it, is to do it like an athelet would. Eat healthy foods and exercise! Its that simple. Don't eat junk food. If you are in the mood for french fries, see if your mom will let you peel a potato, cut into 8 wedges, spray with Pam, bake at 400 for 20 minutes, salt. They wont be as good as French fries, but they will be healthier than french fries. Make healthy substitutions. Eat a baked potatoe, but only add 1 T of butter. Eat lots of veggies with every meal. Eat grilled chicken, instead of fried, and season it. Eat salad, add salad to a tupperware, add 2 T of dressing, shake it to coat. A lot less dressing that way. See my point? Don't be concerned with size. I just had the same experience with Express and a size 6 that was huge and a 4 that fit, both at the same place, same brand even! Clothing companies figure they can see more if they can make a size 8 fit into a size 6 or 4 even. Just focus on how your body looks when you eat right and exercise. Take a dance class? Try out for team sports? Make new friends. Good lluck!

I kind of want to revamp my wardrobe, but it’s kind of hard to find nice clothes that are relatively nice and fit right. A lot of places don’t offer clothes in larger sizes, so it’s hard to find nice clothes. So, are there any websites on the internet that offer nice clothes that won’t kill my bank account? Right now, I’m especially into tunic shirts, and I also really want to get a pretty but warm sweatshirt. I’m losing weight from being in college, but it’s quickly getting colder, so I need more clothes. Also, finding shoes is a hassle since most places only go up to 10 or 11. Where would be a good place to look for shoes that are 12W?

I am a 225 pound mother to be. At this point I am 15 weeks pregnant, but my regular clothes are extremely uncomfortable. I feel stupid wearing maternity clothes, but I don't won't to buy more regular clothes if I am going to out grow them. I have lost 14 pounds since I got pregnant, but it feels like my stomach has gotten bigger. It seems like maternity clothes are in the far future, but what do you think?

I generally stick to my husbands t-shirts and eleastic waist pants lol. I started out at 230lbs this pregnancy and have managed to gain only 10 lbs so far Somehow my button pants from before I was pregnant still fit me this time around (I'm 32 weeks)… not quite sure what that's about though. Anyways, I generally have 3 or 4 nice maternity shirts and maybe a pair of nice maternity slacks. It just always seems so silly to me to buy clothes I'm only going to wear for 5-6 months.

does anyone out there no of any wholesalers that do plus size clothing really cheap, say items for under £2??
