Try 168 mall in Divisoria, I even spotted a shop at that sells surplus clothes at any size for as low as 50.00 (good items). It's on the upper floor, I forgot the name.

    SM department stores have a range of fashionable and inexpensive clothes for plus size women. starting price is 300 pesos. same goes for robinsons department stores nationwide. they also offer plus-size clothes for women which are very affordable…
