I used to be a size 18 when i was 16. That was my biggest. When i was 14, i was a size 3, and i got put on medication that made me gain weight like crazy, now i’m down to an 8, and i’m very happy here, but no! 18 isn’t big, it was my biggest, but it isn’t fat! it’s healthy

I have tried many weight loss programs, from restricting carbohydrates to religious based…even the cabbage-only diet!
