I don't know that I have seen them much in France and the Netherlands, but I haven't really been looking for them. I have seen them in Germany as well, as that the Germans are the heaviest in Europe. I will warn you, it is very expensive to clothes shop in Europe, especially in the UK for Americans with the exchange rate. However, you will probably be shocked at the prices since it is so expensive! I grew up in England and have always had weight issues and I never had a hard time finding clothes. Also take into account that many countries outside of America are now dealing with weight issues. Fast food was a novelty when I was growing up in England.
